Legislative Assembly Office: Information Technology Services

Cheryl Scarlett is the Director of Information Technology Services (also Human Resource Services). Cheryl and her staff help Members cope with the technological demands facing MLAs and their staff.    

Responsibilities include:   

  • installation and support of all hardware and software
  • remote access for constituency offices, MLA's and staff
  • network infrastructure
  • network support
  • web development
  • database analysis, design and development
  • multimedia support
  • web-search capabilities for Alberta Hansard, Statutes, and Bills and Amendments
  • on-site and off-site training
  • general consulting as it relates to computers and technology
