Fifth Chief Electoral Officer to be Sworn-in

Edmonton—Mr. Lorne R. Gibson will be officially sworn in as Alberta’s fifth Chief Electoral Officer by the Honourable Ken Kowalski, MLA, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, on Monday, June 12, 2006, at 11:00 am.

The ceremony will take place in the Carillon Room on the fifth floor of the Legislature Building.
