Website glitch causes some public confusion

Due to unknown circumstances, the Legislative Assembly of Alberta website at www.assembly.ab.ca temporarily displayed a page which indicated that the election writ had been dropped.

This is not true and the error has been fixed. The Legislative Assembly Office staff are looking into the cause.
