Pat Rehn was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, representing the constituency of Lesser Slave Lake, on April 16, 2019.
Mr. Rehn is a member of the Standing Committees on Private Bills, Legislative Offices, and Privileges and Elections, Standing Orders and Printing.
He previously served as a member of the Standing Committees on the Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund and Resource Stewardship.
Prior to serving with the Legislative Assembly, Mr. Rehn gained extensive experience as an owner of several logging, sawmilling, crane and rigging service companies for more than 20 years. He is a member of the Forest History Association of Alberta and the Crane Rental Association of Canada.
Mr. Rehn holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Alberta. He has experience as a teacher and has coached teams in several sports.
His interests and hobbies include fitness and health, sports and nutrition and staying current on business trends in Alberta and North America. Mr. Rehn has three children.
He was the 934th Member to be sworn in to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta.
