Planning Session Included

Teachers participate in an orientation session in August during which they visit the site, meet the Education Coordinator and begin planning their program week. Teachers prepare a week's worth of lessons and choose from available activities, interviews and presentations.

The program runs from September to June. All grade 6 and 9 teachers from across Alberta are eligible to apply to this program. Applications are run through Inquiring Minds, an organization of site-based learning programs in and around Edmonton.

Applications for the 2021-2022 school year are now closed.
