The Legislative Assembly of Alberta’s Public Service Orientation offers an important foundational understanding of the functions of the Legislative Assembly. This full-day, in-person program explores legislative, budgetary and committee processes, enabling each participant to effectively apply this knowledge to their role in the public service.
PUBLIC ORIENTATION FULL DAY PROGRAMS RUN ON THE FIRST OR SECOND MONDAY OF THE MONTH FROM OCTOBER TO DECEMBER AND FEBRUARY TO JUNE. THE 2024-2025 PUBLIC SERVICE ORIENTATION PROGRAM HAS CONCLUDED. THE 2025-2026 PROGRAM DATES WILL BE POSTED IN LATE AUGUST. SPACES ARE LIMITED SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY BASED ON THE REGISTRATION OPENING DATES.
