Choose a Dynamic Team

The LAO’s greatest asset is its people, who everyday work to connect Albertans to parliamentary democracy.

The collaborative culture of the Legislative Assembly Office (LAO) comes alive through its talented people. A strong team environment is evident at every level of the organization, which allows for innovation, integrity and accountability. All team members are encouraged to bring their passions to their work and their voices to the table.

Choose A Great Place To Work

We are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work in 2023!

The Great Place to Work certification evaluates workplace culture from the perspectives of our employees.

“At its core, a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.”

Applicants willing to contribute to our ongoing efforts towards building a great workplace culture are encouraged to apply!
